WildfiresWind > Godspeed my valiant brothers & sisters (yet to be determined). On Aug. 5th presumably 9 wildland firefighters were killed when their plane crashed. I took this picture just two weeks earlier at the same fire. He is a 10wk old Black and Tan Coonhound (well, mom is anyway, not sure about dad) who was abandoned in GA. then picked up by a rescue. He has only been with us for a week and has learned 5 tricks. Amazing! I'm sure you all will be bored of seeing him as he grows! 4/18/08

WildfiresWind > apparently I spoke too soon! Today I did the double take out the window as I passed thinking to myself "wow, that's a big sq". The cat went a hellin' cuz I bolted wearing slippers on a kitchen floor to get the camera once it hit me. He hung around for a few with what I think was a junco then flew off between the houses. wow, just so cool IMO. 3/28/08
